We design and install solar photovoltaic systems for homes and businesses along the Wasatch front, and are one of the few companies that are happy to design a system for the do-it-yourselfer. Doing your own installation can save you twenty-five to thirty percent of the total cost.

This west-facing system completely eliminated the homeowner's energy charge.

Although we are a Salt Lake company we are affiliated with Applied Solar Energy of California, which has a thirty year track record of designing photovoltaic solar electric systems.

Without consuming fossil or nuclear fuel or creating pollution, solar photovoltaic systems produce clean, renewable electricity, replacing dirty and expensive electricity from Rocky Mountain Power. During the day, when your system produces more energy than you need, the excess electricity flows from your house to the power lines, spinning your meter backward and earning you credit for the amount you generate. At night, and when your needs are greater than your system can generate, the grid supplies your power.

Our NABCEP-certified solar designers are degreed engineers who can apply the latest technology available in solar energy equipment, including daylight emergency backup to provide up to 1500 watts of power as long as the sun is shining. Daylight emergency backup could be a lifesaver in times of emergency when the Rocky Mountain Power grid fails due to earthquake or equipment failures. We are comfortable applying the advanced calculations required for more sophisticated equipment – equipment many of our competitors don't understand – so we can install a system perfectly suited to your specific location and needs. This can result in a system that provides more power – often at a lower cost and longer life. We're also comfortable designing and installing "off-grid" systems and charging stations for electric vehicles.
